Shipping Dates:
We try and do shipping at three times of the year as follows,
Spring : April 15 to May 15 - for spring bulbs and
daylilies. The daylilies depends some on weather and how wet or muddy the
growing fields are. Some times we still have a bit of snow as late as the
first week of May one the ground, this can make digging a little tricky.
Summer: Early August - This is a good time for daylilies.
They are growing actively and have lots of time to settle in before the
fall.
Fall: September to early October - This is when the peonies
and most lilies are ready to be replanted. this gives them good time before
the winter to settle in and put out new roots.
Please Note: Orders placed after the
15th of
September will be subject to being held over to the following year.
September is out busiest time of year. We start as early as we can digging,
cleaning and packaging all plant materials. This can be slowed at times with
the weather as rain makes it very hard to dig. All orders are filled in a
first come first serve priority.
